Privacy policy

Effective September 29, 2026

Tuvo Labs Limited Co, an Arizona limited liability company, operates tuvolabs.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information through this website, and the choices you have about that information. Our apps have separate privacy policies, linked below.

Information we collect and use

We collect information you provide directly and certain technical information when you visit the website.

Newsletter subscriptions

When you subscribe, we collect your email address and sign-up date to send you the Tuvo Labs newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter or by contacting hello@tuvolabs.com.

Applications

When you submit the Join us form, we collect your name, email address, any link you choose to include, your answers about your background and interest in working with us, and the submission date. We use this information to review your application and contact you about it.

Please do not include health information, government ID numbers or other sensitive personal information.

Spam prevention

We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and prevent spam. The records we keep for this purpose contain a coded identifier, submission counts and timestamps, rather than your IP address itself.

Website visits

We collect usage information to understand how people use the website. This includes the pages visited, referring website, visit time, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type. Our analytics provide aggregate statistics, use no cookies and do not track your activity across other websites.

Our hosting service also processes IP addresses and basic request details to deliver the website and maintain its security.

Correspondence

When you email us, we use your email address and the contents of your message to respond to your inquiry.

These categories include identifiers, such as your name and email address; professional information you include in an application; website activity; and approximate location. We receive this information directly from you or through your use of the website.

How we share information

We use service providers to operate the website and handle information on our behalf:

  • Hosting and analytics services process website requests and usage information.
  • Data storage services hold form submissions and spam-prevention records.
  • Email services handle correspondence and, when newsletter delivery begins, subscriber email addresses.

We may disclose information to comply with legal requirements, including court orders. We may also transfer information as part of a merger or sale of the company.

We do not sell personal information, share it for targeted advertising or use it for profiling, and have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not provide personal information to other companies for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site tracking on this website. Our analytics do not use cookies.

We do not allow other companies to collect information through this website to track your activity over time and across other websites. Because we do not conduct this tracking or sell or share information for targeted advertising, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change how the website handles your information.

Data retention

  • We keep newsletter subscriptions, applications and correspondence until you request deletion or we no longer need the information for the purposes described above.
  • We delete spam-prevention records during a daily cleanup after 24 hours of inactivity.
  • Analytics and hosting records follow the retention schedules of the services used to operate the website. The analytics visitor identifier resets every 24 hours.

Your privacy rights

We offer the following choices to everyone, regardless of where you live. You may ask us to:

  • provide a copy of your personal information and explain its sources, how we use it and who we have shared it with;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • delete your personal information; or
  • record your choice to opt out of sale, targeted advertising or profiling, although we do not engage in these activities.

To submit a request, contact hello@tuvolabs.com and identify the email address you used on the website. We may ask you to confirm ownership of that address to verify your identity. You may also authorize someone to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization. We respond within 45 days.

If we deny a request, we explain the reason. You may appeal by replying to our response or emailing hello@tuvolabs.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We respond to appeals within 45 days. If we deny an appeal, we provide information about contacting your state attorney general.

We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.

Nevada residents

Nevada residents may request to opt out of the sale of certain personal information by contacting hello@tuvolabs.com. We do not sell personal information and will confirm receipt of your request.

Children’s privacy

This website is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact hello@tuvolabs.com so we can delete it.

Information security

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to information submitted through our forms. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We publish updates on this page and revise the effective date above. Before using information you have already provided for a significantly different purpose, we will ask for your permission.
